At Hey Sugar Fragrance Co., we pour our hearts into crafting fragrances and body care treats that you'll adore. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help.
Need to Return Something?
If you need to return an item, please email us within 14 days of your order date. We'll guide you through the process, making it as smooth and sweet as possible.
Important Notes:
 * Unopened & Unused: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unopened and unused.
 * Return Shipping: You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
 * Speedy Refunds: Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund within 24 hours.
 * Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
 * Cosmetics & Skincare: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics or skincare products, including (but not limited to) body mists, perfumes, body scrubs, and body butters. We want to ensure the highest quality and safety for all our sweet customers.
 * Custom & Clearance: We are unable to offer refunds on customized or clearance items.

 * Remember, fragrance perception is as unique as you are! What smells divine to one person might be different to another. Due to this, and the personal nature of fragrance, we are unable to accept returns or refunds based on personal fragrance preference.
 * Also, please remember that how a fragrance interacts with your skin is unique to you! Body chemistry, skin type, and even lifestyle can influence how a fragrance smells and lasts.
